I loved how close we were to the american swedish historical museum and fort mifflin, making our strolls through philadelphia so enjoyable. the environment around the hotel was convenient for getting out and enjoying the sights, even if the place itself wasn’t the best maintained.

I found the Queen Studio Non-Smoking accommodating with a spacious layout, wonderful staff, and great accessibility features adding comfort to my stay. However, some common areas could benefit from better cleanliness to enhance the overall experience.

I was shocked by the unexpected $100 deposit requirement. Additionally, the lack of notification for paid parking was frustrating. To make matters worse, there was only one pillow provided, and after requesting an extra one, it never arrived. The towels were old and unpleasant, and I’m still waiting for my deposit to be returned.

Bad experience, not staying again

I got stuck at the airport and ended up here. The room was dirty and old. I found curly hair in the shower—gross! The place just feels worn out, like they stopped caring. The good thing is there was a kitchen area which was handy for meals, but still, no way I'm coming back here.

This place suits me perfectly. They offer great wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and laundry services. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local taxi number. I’ll be back for a weekend!

I called ahead and they said I could check in early which was a relief. The room was spacious and surprisingly clean, I expected much worse given the situation.
